We want you to love & cherish your jewelry, but we understand things happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund to be given, the item(s) must be returned with all original packaging in new, unworn condition.
For US returns or exchanges, email email@example.com with your name, order number and the reason for your return and we will email you a printable USPS shipping label and instructions.
For 1-year from the date of purchase, we will be happy to repair or replace your piece if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a description of your issue.
*warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear (like a bent earring post or scratches on a pendant), improper use or storage of your jewelry or any modification to your piece done by a third party.
